Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
